Bully operations in a local Afghani village.





 



1st Platoon was greeted by lots of children right away!



Fortunately, we brought them a surprise...

The kids were eager to start a game.
  


And we had work to do, so the PL kicked it...



...and off they ran.

The kids hold out for the pens. One pen for each kid is their final offer.


It's a deal. Afghani children love pens.
  


Another local gentleman has a bone to pick with LT Craig.

The little guy gets bullied out of the pen distribution line...don't worry we got one to him eventually.

A local child who, thanks to US efforts, can now attend school.

After having Chi tea at the homes of one of the locals, LT Craig posses for a picture.

Delighted by an entertaining day in town, SSG Marra looks on and smiles at the kids on his way out.
