COMMANDING OFFICER, CPT ERIC GARDNER

CPT Eric W. Gardner received his commission in the Infantry following graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May of 1998.

His first assignment was to the 505th PIR, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg North Carolina. CPT Gardner then served as the Company Executive Officer for F Co. 51st IN XVII ABN CORPS LRS.

Since arriving in Italy CPT Gardner has served on the SETAF Staff as the Deputy SGS, GS AIr, and the aide to the Commanding General.

CPT Gardner is married to the former miss Gretchen Schranz of Springfield, Virginia.

FIRST SERGEANT, 1SG SCOTT BRZAK

1SG Scott Brzak is from Ashley, Michigan. After completion of highschool, he enlisted into the Army.

His duty assignments include 3rd Battalion 14th Infantry, 10th Mountain Div ision, 1st Battalion 501st (PIR), 6th Infantry Division, 1st Battalion 504th (PIR), 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Battalion 13th Infantry, TRADOC, and 2nd Battalion 503rd Airborne Infantry, 173rd Airborne Brigade.

He is married to the former Miss Regina Fletcher from Taylors, South Carolina. 1SG Brzak has one daughter, Makenzie.
